Atlantic City may be known for its gambling and beaches, but sooner or later, you are going to want to eat! But you will not just be eating - you will be dining in style. Whatever your appetites may be, you are sure to find some spectacular and diverse dining options in eclectic Atlantic City.
The Boardwalk
The most bustling area of Atlantic City is The Boardwalk. Lined with casinos and hotels, it is easy to find a place to dine in between gambling and sun bathing. Try out the Cafe Beach Club for superb Baked Stuffed Shrimp with Jumbo Lump Crab Imperial. If it’s Mediterranean cuisine you’re after, make sure you drop by the OPA Bar & Grille and try their Piediekia (Baby Lamb Chops). You’ll be shouting "Opa" in no time!
Chelsea Heights
If you are tired of all the activity on the Boardwalk, head over to Chelsea where you will find yourself pleasantly surprised with a savory, heart-warming meal at the Knife & Fork Inn, established in 1912. You won’t want to miss out on their gourmet steak and seafood recipes. For something simpler try White House Sub Shop, regulars claim they are best sub sandwiches in Atlantic City.
Absecon
If you want to eat like a local, go to Goodfellows and you will not be disappointed. Their menu varies from gourmet burgers and steaks to Italian, the food is always good and the prices are always right. If you’re looking for some fresh fish, check out Dune. Their menu changes with the catch of day but always includes an extensive selection of oysters from around the world as well as an enticing variety of globally inspired gourmet seafood dishes.
Downtown and Midtown
Cannot decide what you are in the mood for? Head to the Quarter at the Tropicana, with twenty restaurants under one roof you cannot go wrong. Enjoy the vintage Cuban atmosphere of Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar, take a trip to Imperial Russia at Red Square, or enjoy an American A-list classic at The Palm. Save some room for Brûlée, a truly decadent desert only destination. Dine like an emperor at Mia in Caesar's, then head over to Moon at Dynasty in the Trump Taj for a "saki-tini" or late night sushi snack. One of Atlantic City's most popular restaurants, Dock's Oyster House, has been serving up hearty steak and seafood dishes since 1897.
If you have had a long day of shopping at The Walk and need a break, stop in for a panino and a smoothie at Cavo Crepe Café, or try Los Amigos for margaritas and crab quesedillas.
The Marina
Whether you are in the mood for steaks, stir-fry, crab legs or pizza, the Trump Marina has you covered. Their diverse array of restaurants, open at all hours of the day, are sure to satisfy every craving you might have even at three in the morning. If you are in the mood for some live music while you eat, check out The Deck where good food and good times await.

Gardner's Basin
Where pirates, privateers and whalers once roamed the docks, you can now enjoy a meal in Atlantic City's historic maritime village, Gardner's Basin. Located right on the water, relax and toast the sunset on the outside deck at Back Bay Ale House.

There are a number of nice dining options just beyond the maddening crowds of Atlantic City. A Touch Of Italy provides family friendly Italian favorites with a great wine list to match.
