Being a small Island, Guam does not offer many of the more sensible travel options such as a Metro system or a bus service from the airport. One of the more favored ways to get around is by car however check with your hotel to see if they offer a free shuttle service. The airport also offers several rental car services:

If renting a car is not your cup of tea, taxis are easy to locate outside the terminals and throughout the city. Usually the average ride from the airport to downtown is between 10-15 minutes. Should you have no luck finding a taxi, here are the major services that operate in the Guam area:

Getting Around:
Guam offers some options for those who are not keen on driving or taking a taxi. There are special shopping shuttle busses that make regularly scheduled runs between the Micronesia Mall, KMART and Guam Premium Outlets. Many of the open air single or double deck Tumon or Guhan Trolley's or one of the large enclosed shopping buses stop at most major hotels as well as many of the scheduled bus stops along the route. There is also the Gray Line Guam which operates shuttles to the Fish Eye Marine Park, Agana Shopping Center, Chamorro Village and Two Lovers Point.
Fare for a single ride is $2 or $4 for two rides ( one round trip ), but the one-day and seven-day passes offers a better bounce for your buck. A one-day pass ( $5 ), gives unlimited rides on any route for the whole day while a one-week pass ( $8 ), offers the same for 7 days. Be careful when traveling on the shuttles: there are two different shuttle services which make the same shopping routes and have the same fares, but tickets are not transferable. Keep your eyes open and make sure you are on the correct shuttle. Check with your hotel desk, or call the "Gray Line Guam" at +671 649 5314/5315. Gray Line Guam also operates a $25 per person, four-hour tour of the Island. The tour starts at the Micronesia Mall and travels the Southern end of the island stopping at all major landmarks and attractions. Check with Gray Line Guam for specific details.
