1) How do I install Wcities CityGuide ?

You need to do the following to install Wcities City Guide for BlackBerry -

Download the required files

1. Download the zip file for your device onto your computer
2. Extract the contents to a folder

Install using BlackBerry Desktop Manager

1. Connect your device to your PC
2. Start Desktop Manager
3. Select Load Application
4. Click on Browse and go to the folder where you extracted the contents
5. Select the file 'BlackBerry-<your model no>-WcitiesCityGuide.alx'
6. Follow the instructions to finish installation

2) I cant Login ?

You may not be able to log in for the following reasons

1. You are not a registered user of wcities.com. In which case you need to register with us on wcities.com.
2. You have not entered your email id (the same one with which you registered on wcities.com) or password correctly, which the error message will indicate respectively.
3. You get an error message saying 'Unable to Connect to Server' or 'Unexpected error'. This may occur for the following reasons

a) You don't have internet access on your device. In which case Please contact your Service Provider
b) You have internet access but the application still wont connect. In which case your device may be connecting through a WAP Gateway. Select 'Connection Settings' from the menu on the error page and select your Service provider from the list. Then try logging in.

3) The tabs on the POI and Turn By Turn pages don't show up initially ?

This is a preview version with a few minor inconsistencies. Please report such instances to cityguide@wcities.com along with any ideas you have to improve this product.
