This party spans several days, with Kells Irish Restaurant and Pub at the epicenter. There are tented areas, Celtic music, dance and art galore, and virtually every surrounding business declares itself Irish for these few days in March. Use a cab for this one because it is easiest to just walk around the fair and, unless you are a teetotaler, you will find the Irish coffees and whiskeys hard to resist. Remember, it benefits Providence Child Center.
