Torro Bravo offers a variety of traditional Spanish tapas and some tapas inspired by the ingredients found in the Pacific northwest. You can start your night munching on olives, almonds and perhaps chorizo and manchego cheese on country bread. Move on to some seared scallops and then try the lamb braised with apricots and honey, served with couscous. Remember that tapas are traditionally small portions, so you will be able to sample many of the restaurant's dishes. Don't forget to order a pitcher of sangria to complete your dinner.
