Conveniently located at the intersection of Holgate and Highway 99, this old standby of a Mexican restaurant has been serving Portland inexpensive and decent Mexican food for over 20 years. While the main restaurant has the "advantage" of being serenaded by mariachi on weekend nights, those without children usually flock to the expansive bar in back.
