The Northwest's original sake producer, this $8-million brewery sister concerns are Momoishi and Aomori in Japan. The company has been making sake since 1856 and the local brewery offers interesting tours. Sample the traditional sake, which won the Best USA Sake award. There are also innovative blends with Asian pear, hazelnut and black raspberry. The tasting room and store offer samples and plenty of sake to take home.
