On Fridays and Saturdays, taste award-winning beer, compliments of Bob and Kurt Widmer, the brothers who founded this family-operated brewery. German techniques are used to create this top-selling brew of the Northwest. The flagship beer is a hearty Hefeweizen, the first of its kind in America. Hefeweizen ale is bottled and unfiltered from the lager tank. After a tour, hop across the street to the Widmer Brothers Gasthaus, where you can grab a bite to eat in the restaurant that used to be an 1890s hotel.
