Every year, immediately after the Grand Floral Parade, the floats stop so you can smell the roses. Transforming the Rose Quarter Commons into a carnival for two days, this tradition allows you to get up close to your favorite floral floats. The celebration includes feasting and fun with plenty of activities. The International Showcase Concert.
