This is a good place to get started if it's your first trip to the mountain. Lessons and rental packages are available for both skiing and snowboarding. It's not a big place. It only has one lift, and it's only a half-mile long, but if you're learning, you won't mind. One of the best parts is the soup and chili in the chalet. Now that's incentive!
