This whale-watching area allows intimate encounters with the magnificent creatures that only the islands could provide. Close to many of Molokai's most untouched regions on the North Shore, Kalaupapa National Historical Park has been treating visitors to wildlife viewing since it was established in 1980. Between November and April you can view the migrating mammals, as well as visiting foul from Alaska. Other wildlife to look for includes sea turtles and dolphins. Reservations are required, but viewing is free. See website for further details.
