If your idea of sightseeing is an hour-long jog around town, hook up with this wild running group. Hashing, which dates back to 1938 and is active in 184 countries, is as much a social gathering as a form of exercise. Runs last about an hour and might include a beer stop. Afterwards, everyone gathers at a local pub for more drinks. It is great way to meet locals and to see the city and surrounding countryside. All ability levels are welcome. This run takes place every Saturday of the year. We recommend the run during the month of December so you don't feel the heat. See website for further scheduling details.
