International Sailing Week is a time for everyone in Dubai, whether visiting for business or pleasure, to go down to the sea in ships. This annual event sponsored by the Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC) takes full advantage of Dubai's beautiful locale. The event occurs at the Dubai International Marine Club in The Creek, a natural sea-water inlet which dominates daily life as the center of the city. Although you must be a member of a marine club to participate, spectators will marvel at the prowess and skill of these athletes of all ages under sail from around the world. Don't miss this exciting series of races that occurs each January.
