Vorosmarty ter never looks as fine as it does during the Christmas Bazaar. The whole square is taken over by cottage-style wooden booths, selling a wide range of gifts and other items. Traditional food is also on hand and there is a large stage where all kinds of performances can be seen free of charge. If you're in Budapest in December, don't miss a trip to Vorosmarty ter, have a glass of mulled wine and pick out some original Christmas gifts while being entertained by folk music performances.
