Between December 16-24, Bogota's Mayor's office organizes religious events in various parks and public spaces throughout the city. These activities consist of nativity plays, traditional Christmas carol singalongs, fireworks and dances. The events take place mainly in Plaza de Lourdes, Betania, Alcalá district, Modelo district, Tejar district Park, Sierra Morena and Cedar Park, amongst others. Admission is free. Times and dates vary by event.
