This annual Christmas tradition has been entertaining the community for over 40 years with 100 boats gliding slowly through False Creek, decorated with masses of twinkling lights filling the winter night and carrying the singing voices of over 45,000 people. Shoreside events included a yuletide aquatic procession, fireworks and massive bonfires in Ambleside and Cates parks. The events are free on shore; cruise ship reservations range from CAD20-60.
