Don Pancho Taqueria is a no-frills Mexican joint that dishes out generous portions of taquitos, enchiladas, carne asada, burritos, and the like. Always friendly and buzzing, the place is packed with locals and out-of-towners who don't mind driving a long way for a good meal. Parking and crowds can be a problem on weekends. But otherwise this Mexican food haven is perfect to get jolly over a few mojitos.
