Home to the younger set, Saucebox offers dishes spiced with wasabi, lemongrass, curry and cilantro—reflecting the fresh curiosity of the clientèle. Try the tangy Tamarind-Chili Prawns, simmered in a tamarind, chili, cilantro and tomato sauce with baby corn and snow peas and served with jasmine rice.
