P.F. Chang's China Bistro is a chain of Chinese restaurants, located all over US. The restaurant as the name suggests, serves Chinese fare, both traditional and contemporary. However, it is well known for the fusion food that is cooked here. One can watch the chefs in action as they cook a meal personified by a blend of fresh flavors and arty presentations.
